David Patchell-Evans Releases New Book
LONDON, ON. – David Patchell-Evans, the owner of GoodLife Fitness has just released his new book, The Real Sexy, Smart and Strong (Wiley, 2009).
“I called this book, The Real Sexy, Smart and Strong with emphasis on the ‘real’, because it’s my view that feeling really confident in life has to do with accepting the body you have and working with your body to achieve the highest levels of energy possible,” Patchell-Evans says. “And it’s remarkably easy. You don’t need to spend hours on end at a gym. All you need is a half hour three times a week of exercise, and if you stick with that you’ll end up being more fit than 90% of the population.”
The book contains intriguing new facts about how exercise increases the power of your brain, bumps up your creativity and productivity and alleviates burnout. “There is simply no other prescription in life that can do for you what exercise will do,” he says.
The book serves a dual purpose: Patchell-Evans will be donating 100% of the proceeds from the book to a world-class autism research team working at several universities. As the parent of an autistic child, Patchell-Evans has set out on a personal quest to find the cause and cure for autism, and to date he has donated more than $3 million to autism research.
The Real Sexy, Smart and Strong is available on Amazon.com and in Chapters/Indigo stores. For a limited time, readers who order the book through www.davidpatchellevans.com/book can pick up some great bonuses and unique prize draws – such as a chance to fly in Patchell-Evans’ private airplane and a one-on-one coaching session with him.
